Sarauniya manages CBI's human resources, staff welfare, and organisational capacity development. She ensures a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture across all CBI offices in Nigeria — from Abuja HQ to field locations in Borno, Adamawa, Yobe, and beyond. She leads staff safeguarding, PSEA training, and the annual learning & development programme.
