Philip Obagu is a Software Engineering graduate with a Second Class Upper degree and hands-on experience in Information Management gained through a six-month internship at Care Best Initiative. He is experienced in data collection, cleaning, validation, analysis, and reporting, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python, and database management systems. He is skilled in transforming raw data into meaningful insights through dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support informed decision-making. Through academic and practical projects he has developed websites, web-based dashboards, and IoT-based home security systems, gaining experience in data management, real-time monitoring, and information flow design. He has completed UNICEF-certified courses in Information Management, Humanitarian Data, the Cluster Approach, and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), as well as a USAID/IDEAL-certified course in Qualitative Data Management and Analysis for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) under the Humanitarian Leadership Academy. Passionate about using technology and data to improve organizational efficiency, he brings analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to information management and humanitarian-focused roles.
