Ogbonna is a trained Public Health Scientist and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) professional with over five years of experience in humanitarian and development programming. He has strong expertise in M&E systems management, humanitarian analysis, research, and knowledge management, with a focus on improving outcomes in crisis-affected communities across Nigeria. He has supported projects across WASH, Health and Nutrition, GBV/Protection, Education, and Livelihoods, using data-driven insights to strengthen service delivery in the Northeast and Northwest regions. Ogbonna is also the founder of Beacon Career Consults, an initiative through which he has trained over 150 youths in purpose discovery, career development, and leadership.
